It is understood that Customer is consenting and authorizing, as a sublicensor and a licensee of the organization, to grant Goodies Signs a limited license to use the logo or mark requested for their sign or other purpose related to the Goodies Signs' business without further permission or acquiescence by the Customer or the Organization, and the Customer hereby releases and shall hold Goodies Signs harmless from all liability relating to the publication or use of the logo/mark.
